***HOW TO LOG IN***
Students:
Username and Password: Use your LoLa username and password to log in to Joule. (Your LoLa username or password may appear to be too long, but continue to type it in the space anyway.)
Once you log in, you will create your account. You may need to wait about 15 minutes for your classes to populate the first time. Log back in after the wait time to see your courses.
IF you cannot log in, check to make sure your LoLa password has not expired. Go to LoLa, reset your password, wait about 15 minutes, then log into Joule again.
**For other problems with Joule, please email jouleadmin@ladelta.edu.Include your name, a phone number where you can be reached, class, and a summary of the problem. You will receive an answer by email or phone within 24 hours or less.
Faculty and adjuncts: Use your LoLa username and password to log in to Joule. If you used Joule in Fall 12 and experience difficulty, make sure your LoLa password has not expired. If so, reset the password in LoLa, then log in to Joule again. If you are logging in for the first time, you may need to wait about 15 minutes for your classes to populate. Log back in after the wait time.
